Fiction in Progress

Here are a few little writings I've been working on. These are ideas I've had over the past three or so years surrounding the noting of an alternate version of the 1980s and 90s. I call this alternate version of the United States " Aquarius ".

Two overarching themes are, 1: The notion that the left has continued along an ever accelerating course of irrational thought. The religious left rises to prominence as the cultural icons of the sixties become the driving political force of the eighties and nineties. The results of all this are good, bad and interesting, and many outcomes are liberal versions of those in our own right-spun existence. 2: This work speaks to those of us of a certain generation. The technology we expected to take place by the turn of the century actually happens, more or less. Think Kubrick's Wheel in the Sky, but while doing so lower your expectations of late twentieth century personal computers and the internet.

The writing here is in various stages of completeness. Please give me feedback.

Thanks
